Almond Butter

Recently I've been looking for a healthier alternative to regular old peanut butter and have been interested in almond butter. I've had almond butter in the past, but it was very blah to me and I needed something with a little extra to it. I'd seen Justin's Nut Butter varieties at my local supermarkets (Wegman's & Whole Foods) and at the nearby REI outdoors store but had yet to try it.

I finally decided to grab a small packet this past week. I picked up the Maple Almond variety and had it with a sliced up apple for lunch. Oh my goodness!! It was so good!!! The texture was just right and it had just enough maple tasting yumminess to it!

And, what I love about it besides the delicious flavor, is that it's got all natural ingredients: Dry Roasted Almonds, Maple Sugar, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Sea Salt. No extra additives or preservatives! An extra plus is that you can buy individual serving size pouches which make them so portable and easy to toss in a lunch bag. (It'd be too dangerous for me to keep a jar because I'd eat it straight out of the jar by the spoonfuls!).

I immediatly ordred three boxes of the pouches from Amazon and was thrilled to see that I could save $ with their Subscribe & Save program with automatic deliveries! My first shipment arrived today!! Ah... happy, happy, joy, joy!!

Look what the mailman just delivered! Three boxes of @JustinsNutButta goodness!

If you are on Weight Watchers, one 32g pouch = 6 WWPts+ and IMHO it's worth every single point!
